Hi my name is Dave. I have been a Personal Trainer at ProtoFit since 2016 and have been Personal Training since I qualified in 2013. I have a large passion for fitness and love every minute of my work. I work closely with each individual to ensure that we are in the best place to achieve the results we want! I specialise in Fat Loss, Aerobic endurance and Body Building.
