What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training is Personal Training delivered in groups upto a maximum of 6 people.

This means you get all the benefits of 1 to 1 Personal Training but the added bonus of extra support and motivation from your peers as well as a more social element.

What if I am a beginner?

Our Small Group Personal Training is tailored to each individual’s ability, needs and likes.

No matter what your fitness level, our coaches will work closely with each member to ensure they are getting a tailored service.

What happens when the 30-Day Shape, Tone & Confidence Kick-Start ends?

At the end of the 30-Day Shape, Tone & Confidence Kick-Start Program we would love it if you decided to carry on with us and keep getting the results you have no doubt made. 

You can of course stop after the 30 days and go solo which we would then give you as much advise going forwards.

Where do the sessions take place?

Our 30 Day Kick-Start Program runs both in person and online! Whatever works best for you!

What if I cant make all the sessions?

Ideally for you to get optimal results we would want you to use all of your sessions in the 30-Days. 

However, if this is not possible in certain situations we can make exceptions.  

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring with you is your gym clothes, a drink, a sweat towel and some willingness to train well and get results!
